WHAT HAIR TYPES CAN S-SECRET'S PRODUCTS BE USED ON?
S-Secret's products can be used on EVERY hair type. (Natural, Relaxed, braided, Locks & Transitioning)
HOW SOON CAN I SEE GROWTH WITH YOUR HAIR GROWTH OIL'S?

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I APPLY THE GROWTH OIL'S?
S-Secrets growth oil, caffeine growth oil, carrot growth oil, and our coffee growth oil should be applied to scalp/problematic areas daily or at least 3-5 times a week. (Every other day)
WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO APPLY THE HAIR GROWTH OIL'S?
We suggest our hair growth oil's are applied in the morning, before getting your day started. At night after your shower before bed.
HOW DO I APPLY YOUR GROWTH OIL'S?
Apply the oil to problematic areas/scalp. Gently massage into the scalp with finger tips, style as desired. Do not wash out! Due to the potency of the coffee oil, you can dilute it with a carrier oil or add few drops of it to our other hair growth oil's if the scent is too strong.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I WASH MY HAIR WHILE USING YOUR GROWTH OIL'S?
Hair washing regimens vary on the individual, maintain whatever regimen you’re currently using.
IS MY SCALP SUPPOSED TO BE ITCHY?
Your scalp may tend to itch from our growth oil's. We recommend Patch Test Instructions for our drops.
Patch Test Instructions: Choose a small, discreet patch of skin on your body, such as a wrist or behind an ear. Apply a small amount of product, rub it in, and allow it to dry. Cover with a band-aid for accelerated testing. Do not wash that area for at least 24 hours and watch for signs of a reaction such as abnormal redness or irritation. If an adverse reaction occurs discontinue use. If you are experiencing excessive itchiness, burning, or sores; please cease use. It is always a good practice to consult with your local health care physician before use. Even-though our products are made with all natural and organic herbs, essential oils and carrier oils some people may be allergic to one of our all natural ingredients.
CAN YOUR GROWTH OIL'S BE USED ON EYE LASHES?
NO! Our growth oil's can be used on the scalp, hairlines, edges, thickening hair, lengthening hair, beards, mustaches, eyebrows and on the hair strands.
DO YOUR GROWTH OIL'S CAUSE FLAKINESS?
Our growth oil's may cause mild flakiness, if scalp becomes extremely flaky or dry please cease usage.

HOW CAN I PURCHASE FROM YOUR WEBSITE IF I DON’T HAVE PAYPAL OR AMAZON PAY?
We accept all major Debit and Credit cards. You may select your preferred payment method at checkout. Be sure to check and confirm shipping and account details prior to submitting your purchase to avoid any interruptions with your order.
IS THERE A WAY THAT I CAN ADD/EDIT ITEMS AFTER CHECK OUT?
Unfortunately, no. We have no way to alter orders after transactions are complete.
IF I FORGET TO USE MY DISCOUNT/COUPON/PROMO CODE CAN IT BE ADDED AFTER THE PURCHASE?
No, we cannot apply discounts after transactions are complete.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes we do! Please add the products you are interested into your cart, put in your shipping address and see if our shipping company does deliver to your country, please check your shipping information carefully, If we do ship to your country our system will provide you a shipping price, you can choose to processed with your order or not. If we don't ship to your country our system will inform you.
WHAT IF I INSERT AN INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS? DO YOU REFUND MY SHIPPING COST AFTER THE PRODUCTS HAVE BEEN RETURNED TO YOU?
NO! If you input an incorrect shipping address please email us immediately with your correct shipping address, including your order number and information. Please note we have a small window to correct your shipping address due to us getting our customer's orders to them as quickly as possible. In the event we cannot fix that, your money will be refunded for the product that was returned to us minus your shipping cost.
WHY DID YOU BILL ME FOR AN INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS IF I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY ORDER?
If you input an incorrect shipping address, that money was billed to our third party shipping company. We don't have the power to refund a shipping cost that was paid to have your products delivered to you. That is why we strongly recommended you check your shipping address multiple times to avoid being billed.
CAN YOU PLEASE CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
We have a small window to amend shipping addresses. In the event of entering an incorrect shipping address, we ask that you contact customerservice@s-secrets.com as soon as possible with your order details to see if we are able to edit the address for you.
HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY TRACKING INFORMATION?
If the email was entered correctly, you should receive a tracking number to the email provided at checkout. Be sure to check your inbox & spam folder. Tracking is sent once the package is shipped. We do our best to ship out daily but please wait 3-5 days for us to pick, package, and ship your order before attempting to contact us requesting a delivery time.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY TRACKING LINK IS NOT WORKING?
Tracking numbers do refresh often. In the event that your tracking number is not working try it again within 3 hours. Tracking numbers can sometimes take up to 24 hours to refresh.
WHAT TO DO IF MY TRACKING INFORMATION SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER YET?
If your order has been delivered, double check the tracking link to see where exactly your order has been delivered. (Ex. Front Door, Porch, Parcel Locker, Front Desk/Reception) After doing this, if your items still have not been delivered, please contact the courier associated with your tracking link.
