Return Policy

Please be sure to report any issues with your order within 10 days of the delivery date to ensure proper resolution. Any issue reported outside of the specified time frame may result in store credit.

Shipping Policy

Ships same day when order is placed before 2pm EST. Shipped the next day when order is placed after 2pm EST. A tracking number will be emailed to you. Packages typically take 2-4 days to arrive. Shipping companies may vary. Signature is required to receive packages or otherwise stated. We are not responsible for damaged or stolen packages. We will do our best to ensure your package is well protected before being shipped. The texture of the shea butter may change due to a rise in temperature.
