Suggested Uses

• For hair types 1 & 2: Massage a few drops of oil gently into the scalp. Leave it on overnight or for at least 30 minutes before washing. Use twice a week. Alternatively, mix a few drops with shampoo and conditioner during each application.
• For Hair Types 3 & 4 (African hair types): Massage the desired amount of oil into the scalp gently with your fingers. Divide your hair into four sections, and apply the oil from root to tips in each quarter section for maximum shine and thickness. Continue to comb or brush the oil into your hair and leave it in — consider using the LCO METHOD (Leave-in, Cream, and Oil) or LOC METHOD (Leave-in, Oil, and Cream) for added benefits.

Other Uses:

• Deep Conditioning Treatment: Steam hair with a hot towel while the oil is applied to deeply strengthen and soften the hair. Leave the towel wrapped around your hair for at least 30 minutes. Depending on your hair type, you can leave the oil in or shampoo it off.
